I wonder when Ford is going to let us know about the 7.0 V8 in the 2019 Raptor ?
Does not look like Ford is Racing the Raptor anymore. The reason might be new development. Totally sucks! Dodge is the only stock entry in the Mint 400. Means they will automatically win the class. Geeeeeez what a disappointment.
I should go rent a stock truck F150 and get the rental insurance coverage. Enter it in the Stock class and take the win! I wish!
NO news yet, still waiting ............
Me Too ! Dude
Me four. I was going to order a 2018 but can't risk ordering it then finding out something better coming for 2019. Specially V8. Any other upgrade I could live without but not V8. When do they typically announce next years model?
Hope it's soon, the money is in the BANK lol .

I'll just have to build one myself , only mine will have the real brain of "Hans Delbrook "

LMAO! Were so old!
From the mouths of Ford it looks like the 7 litre engine will happen. From all of the talk so far it looks like it will be normaly aspirated. What would happen if you threw a whipple aboard. My thoughts are awesome minus the weight increase up front. Maybe Ford will beef up the front suspension springs. What's your thoughts?
Time will tell ?
To Ford Dudes, We the people of the Raptor whom have Vin #'s should have an invitation to pre screen all new models and privelage to first pick. Hopefully you boys put on the big boy pants and test it in the BITD Series like the 2017 model.
Roush is probably already working on a blower for the 7.2 , And I would not put it past Shelby to be looking into a blower too......
Sorry guys but I am not impressed at all with the new shock system for 2019. I guess Ford has made it so you can't ever go aftermarket now or you just eliminated 50 percent of the new features. Not impressed with the new seats and who needs this new 1mph - 20 mph off road cruise control. It seems like the Ford engineers spent one heck of a year creating seemingly useless additions to the truck. Maybe for the 2020 model year you engineers and designers at Ford should poll us to get some real direction. For instance/ more power and 18 inch front wheel travel with 19 inch wheel travel bringing up the rear.
