What’s the opinion on dualliner? I have a rubber mat in my current truck now and love it but I. Never had any side protection. I'm looking at dualliner or possible bed rug. What's think?

I went with the DualLiner and I'm very happy with it. I wanted the added protection of ABS sidewalls but also something non-slip for the floor and the only choices seemed to be BedRug or DualLiner. Both are great products.

I put the Bedrug and the Bakflip F1 cover on mine. I ordered them from truck champs by calling. They gave an amazing deal. around 1000 for both shipped. Can't beat it. I love the bed rug as it stays nice and cool for the dog and doesn't tear up anything i haul. Plus i like to do a bit of tailgating, and it's awesome for that. So just ask yourself what you need. A spray-in if you plan on hauling grave/dirt regularly, or if you just plan on using it for toys, dogs, and yourself, i'd do the bedrug. And IMO it looks the best as you can get it with the cutout with for the tailgate step so it all looks uniform.

The bed rug is awesome. I installed it a few weeks ago and have tailgated with it and had the kids in it and it's great....1000% better than a plastic drop in liner and it won't scratch the floor of the bed...for me it's a much better choice than a spray on liner...but that's just my opinion....

had Line-X done with the UV coat. had the inside of the rear wheel done also. looks a lot better in black.
2045, who did you have do the line-x in the wheel well? I'd like to get that done as well, but not sure where they do it? I'm guessing any authorized line-x applicator would do it. Do you have any pics?

i'll take some better pics later today to show u. it came out really well. what color is ur Raptor? on the lighter color ones it looks really weird. mine is silver, so it had to be done imo.

oops. just read urs is black. u should be ok. i'll show u later anyway. btw, any Line-X dealer should be able to handle it. no magic.

I've got a Dual Liner bed liner in my Raptor, at $389 the price was right and I love that I can take it out if need be. I've had spray ons in the past and between the cargo sliding around and the sun fade I would never buy another truck with a spray-in bed liner, regardless of the brand. http://www.dualliner.com

I absolutely love the BedRug too, especially when compared to the plastic liners that I've had in my other trucks.

A third choice

There is another choice for those who don't want the spray in and don't like the foamy thick Bedrug, the Bedtred Pro Series! Go to the Bedrug website and get the free sample's of both products to compare. The Bedtred is the middle of the two, spray in or Bedrug. It has all the advantages of the Bedrug with the look and feel of a spray in. The pictures online really don't show what the Bedtred looks and feels like so get the samples.

Installed the BedTred today.

Nice product concept. Still needs a little help in the execution department; but it does fit/look really nice. Getting the velcro placed properly while sticking it to the truck is the hardest part. If I had to do it again, I would probably place the velco strips straight into the bed instead of placing the pieces onto the liner.

If you're going to REALLY use your truck bed, I wouldn't use this product probably because dirt can get in the zippers and velcro/sticky tape lets go with age.

But, I think it's a much better alternative to drop ins and won't peel/fade etc. like an improperly done spray-in.

Also TAPE THE ZIPPERS otherwise they will RUB the paint. I used Gorilla Tape and folded it over the zippers with the liner in the truck. The Gorilla tape is like ultra-super-duper duct tape and should easily stay captured and not let the zippers eat the paint.
