Took a video and recorded the sound.

It does it under load especially when towing.

you can make it stop by down-changing.
I’ve tried sea foam
I’ve tried running higher octane
I’ve tried new pcv valve
Performance seems fine
Just hate the not knowing
Runs great oil pressure
Just had the oil changed
I have owned it for a month.
If you get on the gas hard it won’t do it.
Comes on at lower speeds at higher gears.
Could it be cam chain slop?

it’s quite when idling and running on the flat or slight up hill.

makes noise under load...

love to get your thoughts and fix this riddle....

I had the same issue. Would sound like that when giving it gas. It would go away as soon as I let off the gas. My issue was the exhaust shields nuts needed to be replaced. I went ahead and tighten up all the bolts around there as well and it went away.

I broke or disconnected vacuum lines just washing the truck. when the locking hub drags due to lack of proper vacuum pressure, it makes a rattle sound and truck even feels under powered.
