The first mod I did to my truck.
The Day after I picked up my Raptor I noticed that there was a fake engine sound coming from the speakers. Started researching & found that because of the change to the V6 from the V8 ford thought to help owners transition to the new sound they’d Augment it & decided to add Fake exhaust noise. They created a engine Enhancement Mode that plays a deeper engine rumble that changes with the RPM. It sounded pretty good actually but I have plans on upgrading my sub and power level and didn’t want that sound to play thru the new system with way many more watts.
I took the truck back to the dealer and had the manager hook up his laptop and detractive this mode.
Now the truck is nice a civilized inside without any fake engine sounds & if I want to hear the exhaust I just slide open the rear windows
