Great find swoop! Everyone has been saying the 6.2 wouldn't be able to run E85, but it looks like it will. It could be something ford adds later or something since the article says capable. I like the sound of the 7.0 with 800hp!
It will be worth the wait and will have more than 400 hp. Ford probably said 400 at first so quick buyers would weigh out the 5.4 hp ratings vs the 6.2 thus decide it's not a big difference. Smart business move Ford but sux for the 5.4 owners. I'll bet HP rating for the 6.2 will be around 475-500hp. Awesome stuff, thanks for posting.
No way the 6.2L Boss makes 475-500HP in factory trim. I'd be surprised if it made 425HP, a little less surprised if it made 425lbs/ft. of torque. This new engine will be a solid performer, and have a ton of upside, but some of the power figures being thrown around are unrealistic.
