Hesitant starting

Hello guys, I have a persistent issue that’s been plaguing me and I’ve done a ton of research, but cannot find a solution. My 6.2L 2014 SVT Raptor has an issue with starting up. Every time I get in the truck and go to turn it on the engine will just turn over and not start or will turn over for a long time and then start I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel pump control module, I’ve tested all coil packs and replace the spark plugs. I’ve cleaned the MAF sensor, cleaned the air filter, which is a k&n, cold air intake. Battery is good. O2 sensors are good. I’ve had mechanic check it as well and I’ve also ran some cleaner through the injectors. If I turn the key to the on position, wait four seconds, remove the key, then turn it to the on position wait, four seconds and then start the truck, It will fire up instantly with no problems. I’ve also relocated fuse #27. Does anybody have any possible idea what can be going on here?Thank you.

I've heard of the canister purge valve solenoid sticking open could cause a problem like this.
All right, looks like the part is pretty inexpensive. I’ll give it a shot and if it fixes the problem, I will let you know. Thank you.👍

Welp. Replaced the purge valve and the problem still exists…
If you have a scan tool, check to see if it shows rpm's while cranking and not starting. Or if you can get your hands on noid lights, check to see if you have injector pulse. Possible flakey crank sensor? A simpler way is to pull one of the plug wires and see if you have spark while cranking. If you have spark, try spraying some starting fluid in the air intake to see if it fires. At least try to narrow it down to fuel or spark

I will have to look into the tools. The injectors are just about the only thing I haven't physically checked. I have pulled all the wires, one at a time, at the plug end and at the coil end and it was firing great. When the problem first started I sprayed starting fluid in the intake and it did fire. This, combined with not hearing the pump prime, led me to believe that the fuel pump was bad so I replaced it but the problem persisted. I will check the injectors this weekend and see if there is any luck in that direction... thanks for the input.
My 2012 had a slow crank issue replace the battery and the starter everything is good

I don’t think it’s the battery, but I’ll test it to be safe. I’ve had somebody else suggest that maybe the starter could be bad, too. Is it possible for a starter to slowly go out or would it go out all at once? Thanks for the input.👍
the exposed wire gets corroded and it loses power if you change it you should cover the new wire on the starter with liquid tape
