Considering a Raptor for my next DD. I do a ton of miles out in the desert every year, use 4wd often, but don't tow or haul heavy very often anymore. Never have cared much for Ford trucks, always like the bodies but the diesel motors have always sucked. But since I don't really need the towing/hauling capacity of a diesel anymore, the Raptor really has me interested. Seems like it should be ideally suited to daily driver/weekend desert duty. Won't be till the lease is up on my current Ram CTD though, so I've got awhile to lurk and think about it. Plan on keeping up with you guys over the next year, see what issues you are having, likes, dislikes etc. Then if all goes as I think it will, I'll order up a fully loaded 2012 6.2.
Anyway... Might pop up with a question here and there, but mostly just going to lurk until it's getting closer to my time to buy.
