Suggestions for best cover?

Hi, may be silly question, state requires a front plate, can't figure out where it goes.

And I have a million other questions about my new truck. What should I have it set at to drive around town? 2A/4A

Swarfworks makes a great front license plate bracket that can go on the tow hook so it does block the intercooler or winch setup

I checked out Swarf works and got the plate bracket. They are pretty awesome. The bracket looks good!
