I am looking to buy a Raptor in the SF Bay area. If any one has had a good experience with a dealer or sales person please let me know so i can give my business to some one who deserves it.
My suggestion... don't deal with the service at all, I never entered a dealer. Buy it, wait 10 weeks and then pick it up. Buy it out of the Seattle area and drive it down, I'm seeing that I can get almost $4000 under MSRP up there... PM me.
I used the Costco card and paid 700 over dealer invoice for a loaded 2011 scab , everything but graphics at Serramonte Ford. Service was really good and I purchased a ford fusion hybrid for my sister few weeks later. I ordered on 12/26, truck has been built but still waiting to be transported. The ford dealer in SF wouldn't budge from 2k over msrp. Negotiated Ford accessories at cost as well .
I used Cartelligent, a broker in San Jose. They ordered me the truck and I got it for invoice. If you need it fast they can try to get one that's in stock but it's harder. Their service cost 4 or 500.00 but well worth it. I never set foot in a dealership. Ask for Dwight.
