I am on the lookout for a gen 1 Raptor. Have plenty of budget, just curious on any common issues to loom out for? I am read quite a bit and doesn’t seem to be any glaring engine or trans issue, just electrical?

look for a 14. Only thing you need fix is fuse 27 and 3rd break. Everything else is gravy.

I Have a Gen 1. Purchased new Oct 2009. 5.4 engine. Only issue I have had, I had to replace the lil 4X4 actuator that attaches to the transmission and the FOX shocks. Current 108K miles. Only one complaint, it likes to visit gas stations lol. Still love it. Good luck in your search. Hope this helps some.
