OBD2 Readiness test

Recently purchased a 2012 Raptor can't get it to do a drive cycle for the OBD2 emissions test. It has a aftermarket exhaust not sure if it has a tune no check engine lights the dealer says it's ready but the scanner still says it's not ready any help will be appreciated.
