Raptor Service Manual & Wiring Diagrams

Don't know if this was posted before, but I found a service manual online. It's 6655 pages! It's a pdf download. It has everything including engine dis-assembly and wiring diagrams. The wiring diagrams look the same as the ones I got from my Helminc subscription, which doesn't work anymore. This one is $34.95 for the 2011, and $29.95 for the 2010. The customer service is really good. I ordered the 2010 by accident. I emailed them and they sent me a link for the 2011 no questions asked. I got a reply within an hour. I also had a problem with the download because the internet is really bad over here, it drops in and out a lot, they sent me 3 different links until there was one that worked for me. They are outside the U.S. so a reply in the states might take a day. I'm in Afghanistan so, I'm thinking they're somewhere in Europe, because a we exchanged emails most of the day.

Great info..Thanks for sharing..
Just downloaded the 2011 manual, 7092 pages. Link was immediately available after paying with PayPal. Whole thing took less than half an hour using a 4G connection (304 MB).

Looks good. Be interesting to know how it compares to the manuals you would get from helm.

Thanks :rep:
Great, now share that mofo with the rest of us cheapskates! LOL

LMAO....Pay like the rest of us...
The guy I dealt with, to get a download link to work for me, went way out of his way for me. Also, at first when I ordered the wrong manual, he sent me the new link and said " the newer manual is $5 more, you can send me the money if you want to". Most places would do a refund and then have you purchase the right one. With customer service like that, I'd feel bad giving it away. I want businesses like this to stay in business.

I bought a Helm inc subscription last March. It quit working in July, site was unavailable. After about a month I tried it again, and it was still down. I called Helm and they gave me a full refund. From what I saw on this manual, the wiring diagrams look the same. I didn't get into the other stuff on Helm, so I can't say either way on that stuff.
BTW it took me 11 hours over here to download it.

I was surprised at how fast it went. I watched for a bit, or is it mega bit?, then went off to do somethng. came back a few minutes later and it was done.

I haven't had time to really dig into it yet. The first thing I didn't find is an index or table of contents. But I'll look again when I get a chance.
click on the little ribbon looking thing in the upper left hand corner, the index will pop up

Will do when I get back to the computer. Thanks
The only problem I have with using computer manuals is taking it out to the truck and trying to look at it while i'm doing the work...My short term memory is to short..lol
Yeah, I rather paper manuals myself. But, for the price, I'll deal with the inconvenience. I have this on a laptop, so I can take it out to the truck. When I had the subscription from Helm, I had to print out the diagrams, my wifi didn't reach into my garage.

When I click on your link above, I only get the 2011 manual. I need the 2010. I can't see where to click to search for it or put it in a search engine. I went to home in the upper right corner but it also did not show me a contact for the company.

I'm going to order. But I was wondering if there is a section that covers rear shock rebuilding?
I just did a quick search on "shock", I didn't see it in there.

Thanks for checking! Fox told me they don't have any rebuild info or diagrams and Jason at SDHQ is having trouble finding the Raptor specific rebuild info. I've got a blown right rear and ordered the repair parts from SDHQ. Going to tackle this one myself.
Ill look in my hard copy when I go home for lunch. I don't remember seeing anything though.
