Safety check if you have an aftermarket front “Suspension System”

So I’m sure I will get flack for this… and on this issue I could care less… It comes down to me not really caring what the vendor rules are when it comes to a huge safety issues involving end users, their passengers, and the people driving in the same area as the end user. I’m not on here trying to sell you something better… I am not trying to compare my work with someone else's…I'm not a big fan of pointing out issues and the such on other vendors or mfg’s work. That is the type of thing that should be saved for those that get paid to design and build the parts. I am not going to help a vender / mfg out by sharing my knowledge to help make a part correct. If they are confident enough in selling it, they should have it right.

I have a truck in our shop that has an aftermarket “Suspension System” on it. IMO this truck is unsafe to drive! If you have this kit on your truck, I would contact the mfg immediately. If you are offroading your truck and your suspension goes to full droop, the uniballs bind horribly. If your suspension goes to full droop and you have your wheel turned or are attempting to turn it, a huge amount of stress will be put on the included stainless hardware that connects the upper a arm to the spindle. This stainless hardware wont bend, it will break in two. If that happens, you will most likely loss control of your truck. This is a huge safety issue that should not be over looked.

Another issue that shouldn’t be over looked is-
There is ½” bolts being supplied to attach the upper a arm to the frame since the supplied inner sleeve has a ½” id. The factory a arm bolt is larger than ½” and so are the holes for mounting the upper a arm. When you use the included smaller bolts that are sized to work with the inner sleeve supplied with the arm, you will longate/oblong the upper arm mounting hole on the frame. This will cause your alignment to go out quickly and will not be able to be realigned correctly without fixing the mounting hole.

Again… The reason I bring this up is safety… Never mind that the end user is being lied to in regards to the advertised travel numbers…This “kit” is unsafe and the fact that this kit is available to the general public is scary…
