Hey Jeffro Welcome to the Zzz. I’ve heard of a few 10s and 11s that burned out and needed replacement. Take a look at the thread I attached : Not a big deal to replace around 1.5 hours and cost of element is about $30 when you order the new element ask for the upgraded one. If you reach out to forum member “Raptor2” or if he reads this he will probably give you the part # off the top of his head.
Good luck! Let us know how you make out. Oh ya post a few pictures of your Bad Boy

Heated seat element replacement write up with pics.

Thanks for replying!! I had it fixed at dealer at the cost of $375.00. Trying to have it covered with my EXTRACARE WARENTY. We'll see

    Bill & Jeffro,
EXTRACARE is the medium warranty. Honestly as a FORD rep I would tell you to cancel those and use the money to pay for the fix. Next time look @ PremiumCare you'll be much happier in the long run.
