Hi ! New to this forum... and to the Raptor that I enjoy..
I purchased a new Raptor 2017 full options that supposedly is fitted with a front Torsen Differsential, but after some ride in the sand I wonder if it is really present in my truck!

Is there a way to verify if it is really installed? Any logo, sign, number, or anything printed on the diff?

Hope someone can help
Thanks

Not Sure ?
Have the Dealer run the Vin# ,It will confirm if indeed the model your driving has it .
FYI : Torsen was part of 802a , and was available as an option for 525.00 on build sheet
I forgot the code , maybe 55f ???
If you have 802a you have the Torsen !

Thanks Raptor2
I live in the United Arab Emirates. Ford here does not offer a big choice of options like 802a.
They offer only 2 choices: Standard and luxury. I took the luxury that is supposed to be loaded with the torsen but I really doubt it.
I'll check with the VIN anyway.
Thanks again

Ford's own Build & Price lists the front Torsen as standard, but it is not. Go to etis.ford.com and enter your VIN #. That site lists the build date as well as specific options included.

Standard with 802a . It also is and option for 500.00 w/o 802a
