Hmmm... my 6.2's transmission slips sometimes when cold. Usually on the 1-2 upshift but sometimes on the 3-4.

Sounds like it might just be low on fluid. I hear there is a dip stick but it's on the transmission and not in the engine bay.

Let's hope that is it!

I’m having the same issue on my Gen1 and it is under light acceleration when it is up shifting from 3rd to 4th. Slight slip/grind/ sounds too. - John
