I just put a $500 deposit on a 2010 with a 6.2, sunroof, "luxury" package, and graphics (white paint). I'm told the $500 is refundable if I change my mind, but I get "first dibs" on the truck after it's built and arrives at the dealership.
My question is, is there any chance of negotiating the price down a bit from the MSRP? I know this is an SVT and, as such, probably won't inspire the dealer to come down much, if at all. Just wondering if anyone has any perspective on this and if it's a safe bet I'm going to pay what the sticker says.
