I was showing a waterfront house this weekend when the owner came out, saw my truck and said to his wife "honey, this is the truck I was telling you about! If we sell the house, I am buying one! Well, he was begging me to drive it, and I was trying to figure a way to make this work to my advantage so I said we'll see. The buyers came up to a certain number, and the seller wouldnt come down past 2.1m. I walked over to him, and told him 1.95m and he can take it for a beach ride. The contracts are being drawn up as we speak!

that is hilarious!!! I used to sell condos and I know how creative you have to get at times to ink a deal.
Your Raptor even knows how to A.B.C. it!! (Always Be Closing)

Thanks Bo! It is really my better half that usually gets er done, she is the queen of RE around here, but she thought that pretty slick on my part....

I had a guy pull up to me in his Chevy 2500 today at a gas station, roll down his window and say "Kid I am a Chevy man to the core but your damm truck makes me think of selling this f***er. Thenhead down to the Ford dealer. Nice damm Truck" He looked at it for a little longer then took a few pictures. He said thanks and drove away lol. Needless to say I am still smiling!

I was shopping for a truck for my son for graduation...sent my wife to the Ford dealership to look and she called me and told me to get there quick...Her exact quote "if you buy this truck I will F**K your brains out! this thing makes me wet:gy:"....needless to say I'm pretty stupid.....:smileup:

Other than that comment above I have had several more...ranging from badass truck man to my 2nd personal favorite...a pair of kids in a jeep wrangler to the lane to my right just ahead of me...the driver looks back and I read every word on his lips "holy sh*t its a Raptor....F...ing awesome!" lots of thumbs up then he totally swarmed me for the next 2 miles I had to finally bug out away from him...I love this thing!

I am amazed at the comments and stares this truck recieves.

I have a very nice classic 1970 F-100 shortbed and when I drive it around people honk thier horns and take pictures of it out of thier windows with cell phones and stuff like that. So being used to cruising around watching people stare at my vehicles its surprizing to see that everyone stares almost equally as hard at this truck. The difference is, its mostly the older people that love the classics that stare at my other truck, EVERYONE stares at the Raptor.

I was out on Sunday getting a couple saws and such to cut down a tree in my yard and passed by a lot with a show-and-shine going on that wasn't advertised (or I would have been there with my old truck) and I stopped in and within minutes almost everyone there including the owners of the sweet custom rigs and all of the spectators were grouped around my truck asking questions!! I felt like I was at SEMA showing off the first one lol!

I love my truck...and I took a jump in the ditch and caught a couple feet of air as I was leaving...for the crowds pleasure haha.
