I love the shade of the Molten Orange in the above photo (Very deep color). I only wish this would be the color regardless of the sun or shade. I'm debating on Molten Orange or Blue...I'm not a fan of the Orange in the photo below (direct sun or florescent lighting)...

Hi I really like molten orange - this was my choice color.
My wife originally said that she didn't want to be riding around in a pumpkin - well she now just loves the color and tells everyone that it is red. - why I am not sure since I am the one that is color deficient.
The color is really in a class of its own - I also like it for the visibility in inclement weather - in which it is most likely to be used.
But of course Blue is my second choice.

You must see both of these colors in direct sunlight to appreciate the sparkle. They both come alive. More so with the Orange. It is a premium paint at an added cost on the build. This is what we chose with the orange bolstered seats. looks totally custom. No option on interior for the Blue...

Don't judge colors on line

I don't think it is a good idea to judge colors on line because camera settings have a huge impact, especially in the digital age. White balance is critical. Additionally, monitor settings and quality vary as well.

I think you need to make your decision by looking at them in as many real world conditions as possible. A printed document such as a brochure from the dealership should be OK as they will calibrate their camera/monitor/printer to make sure the colors are accurate and there will be samples of the different colors made on the same printing reducing variation.

Also, how will it look dirty or a couple years after the sun bakes it.

Well, seems the only reasonable colors for most cars (for me) are blue and silver. White is boring, black hard to keep clean, yellow stands out too much, gray is boring. Already have a red car, but wouldn't get red on another. So the molten orange is a once in a lifetime chance to have a unique color. However, I'm going to own this truck for a while so I think I'm going to get the blue. In person, I just like the color better.

I love the color in EVERY light. I also would like to install the PIAA 525 series lamps on this. They are "BLUE" when turned off and will look great at night!

This is my YellowFX4SCrew. As you can see, I REALLY WOULD HAVE PREFERRED BLAZING YELLOW!!!
