i havent looked at my spare very closely but I am pretty sure its just a 17" steel wheel with a matching 35" tire..... I don't think the spare is a matching alloy.

Could be wrong.... I've spent most of my time gazing at the inside, front, and engine..... guess I should check out the ass of the truck too....

Its my understanding that the rim is black because it doesn't have the TPMS sensor inside so by law it had to be a different color, being that these TPMS sensors are governed by some type of fed law..

I checked mine today.....same style as the other 4, but it's black instead of gray.
