Same problem with my '10, although it's usually at low speed and more in the beginning of my driving. Once I've been driving for a while, I don't notice it. I spoke with the dealer about it and they shrugged it off and suggested I try to handle it myself with the break hard method at around 40 MPH... I did this 3 times and still have the issue. I'm gonna take it in soon and make them deal with it and have them deal with the squeaky suspension too!

If it starts doing it all the time and it bothers you, there is an easy fix.

Find somewhere where you can go about 40 MPH with no one behind you, then basically apply the brakes really hard. Don't slam them, just push really hard until you stop.
The noise should go away.
They get a thin film from applying brakes lightly too often and applying hard takes it off.
Watched the dealer do it to my Corvette and now I know how to fix that one myself :)

If that doesn't fix it, i'ts something else, like the brake squeeler that tells you they need replaced, if the Raptor has them.
Same issue with my '10... especially when cold and slow speeds... Backing out of the driveway is the worst! The dealer suggested the 40 MPH breaking too... I tried it 3 times. Still have the squeaking! Arghhh

Looks like a $50K truck, but sounds like a rust bucket at times! #NotCool

Mine do too. Doesn't bother me so much. Thats like the never ending battle. Ive never owned a truck or car that at some point that didn't have squeeky brakes. I'm sure mine do because of the amount of dry dust that gets in there from the off roading. Not worth my time to bother a dealership or even look at em. When they start doing it constantly, that's when I'll be concerned.
